Ellis Fortune has recently been appointed as the state MIP coordinator the State of Michigan. He and his wife, Danielle, have been involved in helping teach MIP sessions for the past five years and are passionate about pouring into the future leaders of the Church of God. Ellis has served as the lead pastor of The Point Church of God in Tecumseh, MI since 2012, is a member of the Chaplains Commission, and currently serves on the State Council. He and Danielle have four children: Mataya, Elijah, Jocelyn, and Edynn. Pastor Ellis is committed to loving God and loving people. He believes that one of his key roles is to serve as a facilitator in creating an environment where people feel the love of God, experience liberty in Christ, are led to be disciples, and are launched into fulfilling God’s purpose in their lives. Above all, Ellis recognizes himself as a bond servant of Christ who has given a radical “yes” in serving as an ambassador of the kingdom of heaven to this world.
