Shane Pooler is 55 years old and have been in ministry for 35 years, the majority of those years as a senior pastor. He is a USAF veteran, have been married for almost 35 years, and has two children. Both children are working in ministry. His son is a licensed minister in the COG. It seems he has held just about every position in the church from youth pastor, to worship leader, associate pastor, senior pastor, state evangelist, national evangelist and missionary. No matter where his family and he have been, from coast to coast, God has proven faithful to them. They are avid disciple-making people and believe strongly that the mission field is all around us. They take to heart that the “fields are white and ready for harvest” and they are doing their best to reach a world in need of a savior. Shane has been honored to serve as the Pacific Northwest Regional state CAMS coordinator for the several years and believes it’s at this stage where he can perhaps give insight to people pursuing their calling. He lives with the mindset of “bringing faith to life,” as he strongly believe that people care less about what you believe, because they want to see what you believe active daily in your life.
