Corey and Tamara Denson testify about the powerful blessing that Mobilize was for them.

Who would have ever thought when my husband Corey decided to retire from the United States Army we would come back to the east coast where it all started and make our home in Columbia South Carolina. Although, I (Tamara) am originally from Lumberton N.C. and Corey is from Newport News, Va we believed together that it was God who saw fit to plant us in the great state of South Carolina. Before we left our last military duty station in Fort Riley Kansas, my husband sat me down at our kitchen table and said “I have a plan, a five year plan;” I believe God is sending us to South Carolina for purpose. Neither one of us at that time had any idea that God’s plan was already set in motion. He planted our feet in South Carolina and then he set us under the covering of Bishop Doyle Roberts and First Lady Sylvia Roberts of International Praise Church of God. When we began attending IPCOG, we instantly knew that God had sent us to a place of training and learning. Although, we have serve in the position of Leadership for several years and also as Deacon and Deaconess we knew that it was time for us to be exposed to some extensive training and more learning due to where we believed God was taken us. After much prayer God answered. One Wednesday evening after bible study Bishop Roberts announced that the Mobilize Local Leadership Development course was soon to begin. After talking it over with my husband we decided that we were very interested in being a part of the class that would be experiencing this training. The only problem was that Corey had not officially retired and would be traveling back and forth from Kansas. Thank God for technology. Although, he could not physically be in the seminar he would be on face book messenger with the camera on so that he could hear, listen and participate in the discussion. What an AWESOME, AWESOME training. It was exactly what we had expected and exactly what my husband and I had desired when he sat me down months prior at the kitchen table and spoke what God had placed on his heart. The MLLD is one of the best courses that we have ever experienced. It opened our eyes to how awesome God is and how much more learning was needed. We know that if we continue through the entire course we will be exactly where God wants us to be and doing exactly what God is calling for us to do. We are so excited to begin level 2.
