During FIEL USA 2017 in Ontario, CA, several awards were presented to sacrificial educators. Dr. David Ramírez, Assistant General Overseer, and Dr. Enrique A. De Jesús, Director of USA Hispanic Educational Ministries presented the USA Hispanic Distinguished Educator Award to Rev. Rolando Betancourt, pastor in Oakland, CA and director of several Hispanic Bible Institutes in the Northwestern Hispanic Region.
During this FIEL USA 2017 several awards were given by the USA Hispanic Educational Ministries Department associated with the Division of Education. In the photo is Dr. David Ramírez, Assistant General Overseer with Dr. Pedro Villarreal, seasoned veteran pastor in the Southwestern Hispanic Region, who was awarded the Pioneer Educator trophy.
